As long as you keep the boss’s older sister happy, life will be easier (Does that count as a pro???)
1. If you don’t keep the boss’s older sister happy, she will bully you. She will constantly complain to the boss about you, and the boss will believe everything she says without verifying it. Are older women all that terrifying..? His sister is the biggest source of trouble.
2. They will add a ton of work after the interview that wasn’t mentioned during it. If you’re good-looking, don’t come—they want free foot models...
3. There are no holiday bonuses and no benefits of any kind. If you travel abroad using your annual leave, you will be bullied when you return, possibly because you took too much time off.
4. Taking menstrual leave will still result in a full day’s pay being deducted. They completely disregard the Labor Standards Act; everything depends on the moods of the boss and his older sister. If they’re in a bad mood, they will relentlessly punish the employees.
5. The boss’s older sister spends her working hours watching TV dramas, but makes employees do this and that, dumping all the work on others...
6. During the interview, the boss said there would be a raise every year. The boss’s older sister said you have to learn new things to get a raise, because she wants to dump the work on someone else.
7. At work, you have to listen to the boss’s older sister brag about her life. I really didn’t want to listen, but I had already been bullied into being afraid. It’s fine—I’m free now. If you’re short on money, you can work here temporarily, because the work isn’t difficult. But the people are really difficult to get along with. Employees who leave this place never want to have any contact with them again, which tells you how badly they’ve failed as people!
