Very relaxed; no one monitors your work progress, and once you have nothing left to do, you can do your own things.
1. The boss and the boss’s older sister will accuse you of baseless offenses for no reason, without checking whether they are true.
2. The boss especially likes employees who flatter him. As long as you do not do what he wants, he will think you are a bad employee.
3. Even after working from home because of a confirmed diagnosis, the boss still thinks you have not done enough.
4. New shoes are uploaded every day, but the boss still thinks you work too slowly.
5. During the interview, they said there would be no make-up workdays, but in practice they deduct it from your salary or compensatory leave. Moreover, this decision was made unilaterally by the boss’s older sister, with no regard for the employees’ opinions.
6. When you ask the boss about something, he does not answer your question and instead gives an irrelevant response.
7. The boss’s older sister watches shows and talks on the phone during work, disturbing others, but if you finish your work and do your own thing—even without disturbing anyone—as long as she sees you, she will report you to the boss. A double standard.
