準時下班

三節獎金全聯禮券200元

Cons

Pros

1. Leave work on time

Cons

1. The company has so much money that it won’t even provide toilet paper. Employees have to pay for and bring their own.

2. The year-end bonus is so small that simply doing your own duties is about all that’s expected.

3. If you don’t participate in team-building activities, you have to use your annual leave to take time off. You also can’t choose to come to work instead of going. It’s highly compulsory.

4. There have been cases where overtime pay should have been provided, but upper management was unwilling to pay it. Under reasonable circumstances, stand your ground and argue your case, or you’ll be taken advantage of.

Pros

The only real advantage is that the colleagues are fairly good; I can’t think of any others.

Cons

This company has no systems or procedures whatsoever, and even its claim that it follows the Labor Standards Act is false.

1. All company operations have to revolve around the founder, Li.

2. HR is an underground HR function; the company has no HR department. I don’t know if this is illegal.

3. I’ve heard that when you resign, you aren’t even allowed to use up all your annual leave...

4. The company claims to be transparent, but it uses underhanded tactics in performance evaluations.

5. It’s a family business, and the boss’s wife spends all day fantasizing.

6. I’ve heard that when you work overtime, you’ll be pressured to record it as compensatory leave, and if you record overtime, people will make comments about it.

7. There are no holiday bonuses for the three major festivals; you’ll be saddened when you see the year-end bonus.

8. The company says it plans to go public, but its internal controls are a complete mess. The reimbursement process is complicated and deliberately obstructive.

9. When traveling outside the office, you aren’t allowed to take a taxi and must take the MRT instead. You’ll be questioned whenever you submit a reimbursement claim.

10. Some departments don’t have computers, so you have to use your own laptop.

11. Senior management maliciously bullies colleagues they dislike.

12. The company says, “If employees are willing to take a loss, that means we should take advantage of them~~” This was said at a monthly meeting.

13. The office environment is not valued; you even have to turn on the air conditioning yourself!

14. The so-called flat organizational structure is terrifying: you have to do everything, and your workload only increases. When there isn’t enough staff, no one is hired; doing more is simply considered what you should be doing.

15. The company is very quick to lay off colleagues. Anyone they dislike gets laid off, even if they perform well. This company takes advantage of people shamelessly.
