The boss is very strong and can help move things
There is an elevator, and there is also a bank and a 7-Eleven downstairs
As long as you are the hardworking, non-complaining type
this company will definitely make full use of you
I completely cannot understand the way the boss runs the company
At the end of February, the two most senior salespeople were inexplicably laid off
This left the remaining employees exhausted and unable to cope
At the end of March, the most junior sales assistant was promoted to manager?
This directly forced two more employees to quit on the spot
Now there are only four employees left, plus the boss and the boss's wife
Is the boss's thinking too avant-garde, or am I still too naive…
Should I also start preparing to abandon ship? TT

1. The company has an extremely high turnover rate (almost every month last year, at least six to eight people left, even though the company only has a little over a dozen employees).
2. The policies and systems are frequently changed; you could also say that decisions are basically made based on feelings.
3. Ideals take precedence over reality.
4. The company frequently receives inspections or complaints from the labor authorities—I don't know why.
5. If you work at this company, be careful not to have too many opinions of your own, or you will be singled out.

The turnover rate is extremely high (the most senior person has been there for less than two years..)
The layoff rate is also high (there have been about 3.4 people in less than a year, I guess. It’s a bit discouraging 0.0)
Low sense of solidarity (the office atmosphere is poor)
Zero opportunities for promotion
The company has air conditioning, interior decoration, and toilet paper.
A word of advice to anyone thinking of joining: please be careful—this is a one-person rule environment where the boss has the final say, with absolutely no systems in place.
Don’t assume that just because the boss is a foreigner, their work attitude is OPEN.
