Pros
Music is played in the office
Cons
The turnover rate is extremely high (the most senior person has been there for less than two years..)
The layoff rate is also high (there have been about 3.4 people in less than a year, I guess. It’s a bit discouraging 0.0)
Low sense of solidarity (the office atmosphere is poor)
Zero opportunities for promotion
