The restroom is shared/public, so you don't have to clean it.
From time to time, there are small perk meals delivered, with a limited quota.
1. The company has an extremely high turnover rate (almost every month last year, at least six to eight people left, even though the company only has a little over a dozen employees).
2. The policies and systems are frequently changed; you could also say that decisions are basically made based on feelings.
3. Ideals take precedence over reality.
4. The company frequently receives inspections or complaints from the labor authorities—I don't know why.
5. If you work at this company, be careful not to have too many opinions of your own, or you will be singled out.
