Read the community guidelinesThe boss checks JobSight every day.
Doesn't respect the art team's expertise, uses Paint to create graphics and sends them to clients, and is even smug about it—only for the client to reject the work, leaving both the client and the artist speechless.
Easy to get hired; I recommend working there for only a year.
The boss likes proposing unrealistic features,
likes asking engineers to make demos after work,
his catchphrase is “Could you do me a favor?”,
the gaming chairs can’t be upgraded, yet customers are still lied to and told there’s no problem,
he only knows how to blame employees and never reflects,
no wonder the turnover rate is so high,
why not think about how you manage the company,
I’m telling you, if you don’t know how to reflect and only blame employees,
you might as well close the company and go back to selling juice!
The company is easy to get hired by. If you have just graduated, you can come here to learn, but you will usually have to figure things out on your own, so please do not stay too long.
The company’s policies do not comply with the Labor Standards Act; year-end bonuses are only paid when the company makes a profit.
Salaries are relatively low, and employee turnover is high. Almost everyone leaves after about a year, and the average tenure is approximately one and a half years.
Projects are poorly planned and often change repeatedly; if the client says to make a change, it gets changed.
A single project can take a very long time, and the price is extremely low—I feel like the company is losing money! Employees are also often asked to make demos (usually with an urgent request for help right before quitting time); the company takes on the project first and talks about it later.
Those who want to join this company should first assess their own physical and mental condition and work abilities.
None
Low salary, no opportunities for promotion, and high employee turnover
Many company announcements also do not comply with the Labor Standards Act
There is also a very smelly fish tank in the company entrance......
Highly not recommended............
