Pros

None

Cons

From the very first day on the job, you can tell that the company has little planning.

Although someone shows you the ropes, there are hardly any rules, which makes it difficult and inefficient to get things done.

The boss seems very casual and does not have a set habit of coming into the office, so if anyone needs something, everyone has to wait for him to show up.

After only half a day, I had a strange feeling—as if they wanted you to quit quickly. When I resigned, the boss also gave off the impression of “it’s a good thing you left.” I recommend being careful.

The equipment is not very good either; it can freeze or malfunction, so you have to save constantly, afraid that the file might disappear the next second.

During the interview, they repeatedly emphasized that most of their practices complied with the Labor Standards Act, but after actually asking about it, it turned out that most of them did not.

Pros

Have no plans or ideas for yourself, or want to challenge your EQ

Not very good at dismissing people (indirectly bullying them into resigning)

Salary and overtime pay are paid normally

Cons

Labor and health insurance do not comply with the requirements, so you need to check them separately yourself. They like to emphasize “doing their best” to comply with the Labor Standards Act,

The boss often suddenly comes up with ideas and assigns things without thinking them through, but insists on having them done his way. His statements frequently change.

The boss makes emotional remarks, pretends to understand things he does not, does not respect professional expertise, and loves using terrible analogies and stories to mock people. On the surface, he does not interfere, but he takes the lead in workplace bullying.

“Senior” employees do not cooperate with one another, communication across departments is impossible, and they are most united when engaging in group bullying.
