Workplace manipulation
Pitiful
The colleagues are very nice; that is the only advantage.
1. The supervisor is a typical exploitative boss:
- Very problematic; basically, none of the grand promises made will come true.
- The supervisor has low emotional intelligence, is emotional, and loses their temper indiscriminately.
- They expect you to prioritize work, while spending all day seemingly busy with who knows what themselves.
- Every mistake, big or small, is the employee’s fault.
- They have very little respect for professional expertise and think that if they want something, there is no reason it cannot be done.
- They exploit employees and pressure you to finish tasks in a very short time. If you cannot, they say you are poor at managing your time—but they may give you the materials ten minutes before the end of the workday.
- They send LINE messages after work; for example, they may message you at 11:30 p.m. to say they need the materials at 9:00 a.m. the next day.
2. More than half of the company consists of the owner’s family members and relatives.
Some of them have very bad tempers—they slam doors and curse at people.
Some of them do nothing and push their work onto others.
3. If the company does not make money, it cuts the year-end bonus; even when the company makes money, it still does not raise salaries.
4. They make many grand promises to you, but 99% of them will not come true.
In conclusion, the supervisor is terrible. I advise everyone not to go there.
Going there would only be a waste of time.
The colleagues are nice.
I seriously advise anyone considering working for this company: refuse! The only answer is refuse!
The company manager is the successor of the future. A good second-generation heir takes you to heaven; an incompetent second-generation heir takes you along for a laugh. Lacking self-awareness, self-important, unable to understand the situation, shifting responsibility, making empty promises, and squandering money. I can’t be bothered to say more—in any case, joining really is a waste of your youth~
The colleagues are nice.
Supervisor
1. Has no vision
2. Small-minded
3. Does not respect veteran employees
4. Skilled at sowing discord
5. Will poach clients from the sales staff
6. Has no direction in their work
7. It is always someone else's problem
8. Skilled at losing money
9. Says it is about giving others a stage, but in reality dumps the work on them
10. Has extremely high self-esteem and must be given plenty of respect
11. Self-righteous
12. Thinks they really understand the art of communication
There is too much to say. I do not recommend it. Seeing the supervisor as the future boss makes me feel there is no future.
