The colleagues are nice.
Supervisor
1. Has no vision
2. Small-minded
3. Does not respect veteran employees
4. Skilled at sowing discord
5. Will poach clients from the sales staff
6. Has no direction in their work
7. It is always someone else's problem
8. Skilled at losing money
9. Says it is about giving others a stage, but in reality dumps the work on them
10. Has extremely high self-esteem and must be given plenty of respect
11. Self-righteous
12. Thinks they really understand the art of communication
There is too much to say. I do not recommend it. Seeing the supervisor as the future boss makes me feel there is no future.
