The colleagues are very nice; that is the only advantage.
1. The supervisor is a typical exploitative boss:
- Very problematic; basically, none of the grand promises made will come true.
- The supervisor has low emotional intelligence, is emotional, and loses their temper indiscriminately.
- They expect you to prioritize work, while spending all day seemingly busy with who knows what themselves.
- Every mistake, big or small, is the employee’s fault.
- They have very little respect for professional expertise and think that if they want something, there is no reason it cannot be done.
- They exploit employees and pressure you to finish tasks in a very short time. If you cannot, they say you are poor at managing your time—but they may give you the materials ten minutes before the end of the workday.
- They send LINE messages after work; for example, they may message you at 11:30 p.m. to say they need the materials at 9:00 a.m. the next day.
2. More than half of the company consists of the owner’s family members and relatives.
Some of them have very bad tempers—they slam doors and curse at people.
Some of them do nothing and push their work onto others.
3. If the company does not make money, it cuts the year-end bonus; even when the company makes money, it still does not raise salaries.
4. They make many grand promises to you, but 99% of them will not come true.
In conclusion, the supervisor is terrible. I advise everyone not to go there.
Going there would only be a waste of time.
