Read the community guidelinesLeave as soon as you see red; no pay during typhoons.
Once you have stayed for a year, you should actually be prepared to leave. The systems are ordinary, basically just the basics. As many people mentioned earlier, the problems are something everyone knows about. Lilu, Koganei, and Shenlu are all the same company.
Absolutely none.
The quality is really terrible! After using it for about three years, things often break down, and when I ask why, they can't explain the cause. They only say, "Electronic products are all like this."
I asked other professionals, and they said it normally shouldn't malfunction so often. So I really, really recommend not using it unless there's absolutely no alternative—or unless you have a lot of money!
This is the first time I've ever left a negative review, and it's for this elevator! I'm really pissed off. It's so, so, so, so, so, so terrible!
Eat shit
Terrible. Don't go for an interview, don't go to work. After you've been working well for three months, they'll tell you to leave. The manager is useless—why don't they get themselves laid off first? The boss has issues. No proper internal processes, no humanity, absolutely awful. If you want to go, you'd better have a very strong fate, unless you're the boss's wife. It's so awful that everyone would be better off eating shit.

For anyone applying for the sales assistant position, please be careful—there is a despicable supervisor here. The management is thuggish and relies only on shouting and intimidation. This person has bad intentions.

Sigh... It's all just a tale of bitter tears... I've also been away from this company for some time. I originally applied for the position of executive assistant, but during the interview they never told me what I would be doing after joining. I could only find things to do on my own. During that period, the boss kept hiring executive assistants. If you're lucky and they can't find anyone, you might survive a few more months; once someone suitable comes along, they no longer want you. It really leaves you utterly stunned ಠ_ಠ... So, about the boss of this company~ they're not someone you can retain with sincerity. All you get in return is ruthlessness. People without much ability can come here to have a bit of fun, but don't even dream of staying long (unless you have connections). If you last more than half a year, your ancestors must be blessing you; those with real ability are even less advised to come here. As long as you hand over what you've produced, they'll still tell you goodbye. They really kill without blinking, because as long as they're hiring, there are always people available—you are just a piece of shit.
Basic labor and health insurance, regular working hours, free lunch and dinner, and a generous year-end bonus
1. Those applying for the executive assistant position should be aware that they must be prepared to be dismissed at any time. Of course, there are exceptions, but quite a few executive assistants have already been dismissed.
2. The company does not prioritize employee safety. Even basic safety shoes must be provided by employees themselves, and fogged-up safety goggles are not replaced. As for whether the benefits are good, think about it.
3. The mindset of a traditional industry is difficult to change. Those from the tech industry should think carefully. If you want to try making an impact and are not in need of money, you are welcome to take on the challenge.

In response to the person above, I used to work there…
This boss and the shareholders were already unfriendly toward long-term employees, and often bullied them (perhaps because they looked down on them!)
In this respect, they are different from ordinary bosses (who generally value long-term employees)…
They are extremely focused on money… Although most places are like that… this one is “super” so!…
The people who get promoted are all strange… That’s the impression I got.
For those who plan to join this company in the future, it could be okay as a short-term option—just treat it as a donkey… After two or three years, once you have gained experience, look for a horse…
Povidone-iodine.... Go buy it at a Western medicine pharmacy.
I heard that this company (Shenlu, Lilu, Koganei) hasn’t given anyone a raise since it designed its KPI bonus system last year…
Damn! It’s ridiculously outrageous… and no one even knows how the KPI bonus is calculated! You can’t ask about it either…
And the reasons for promotions are utterly ridiculous… After hearing what my friend told me… I nearly fainted…
This is a company that is very good at scheming against its employees. Anyone coming for an interview should take note of this— they definitely won’t tell you about it! Make sure to ask carefully yourself!
By the way, no matter how hard you work, the year-end bonus is only about one month’s salary! Heh heh.
As for the benefits… someone already mentioned them above, so I won’t repeat them…

The company is very stingy, the pay is too low, the systems are chaotic, and the equipment is inadequate.
Benefits
1. Labor insurance, National Health Insurance, and a 6% contribution to labor pension funds. These are basic benefits—how can they even be considered benefits!?
2. Free lunch and dinner when working overtime (excluding field staff). Basically, there is no subsidy.
3. Free uniform tops, plus other allowances for weddings, funerals, and celebratory occasions. The uniforms are so ugly—who would want to wear them?
