I heard that this company (Shenlu, Lilu, Koganei) hasn’t given anyone a raise since it designed its KPI bonus system last year…
Damn! It’s ridiculously outrageous… and no one even knows how the KPI bonus is calculated! You can’t ask about it either…
And the reasons for promotions are utterly ridiculous… After hearing what my friend told me… I nearly fainted…
This is a company that is very good at scheming against its employees. Anyone coming for an interview should take note of this— they definitely won’t tell you about it! Make sure to ask carefully yourself!
By the way, no matter how hard you work, the year-end bonus is only about one month’s salary! Heh heh.
As for the benefits… someone already mentioned them above, so I won’t repeat them…
