The company is very stingy, the pay is too low, the systems are chaotic, and the equipment is inadequate.
Benefits
1. Labor insurance, National Health Insurance, and a 6% contribution to labor pension funds. These are basic benefits—how can they even be considered benefits!?
2. Free lunch and dinner when working overtime (excluding field staff). Basically, there is no subsidy.
3. Free uniform tops, plus other allowances for weddings, funerals, and celebratory occasions. The uniforms are so ugly—who would want to wear them?
4. Birthday gift vouchers for employees whose birthday falls in the current month (employees who have completed three months of service). I haven't received one yet.
5. Year-end banquet, year-end bonus, and holiday gifts (cash gifts). I haven't received any of these.
6. Promotion of outstanding employees to enhance their skills (support for obtaining technician certifications). No comment.
7. Occasional employee trips or group meals. I haven't attended any yet.
