Read the community guidelinesFor Taichung, the salary is pretty good / the company is quite willing to cultivate talent / overtime is rarely needed / when the company makes money, the boss gives out bonuses
There is no overtime pay, but compared with other companies, there isn't really enough overtime to make it necessary
After-hours work is expected, and someone clocks everyone out collectively. After working for three years, the salary is still under 30,000.
No overtime pay.
1.5-hour lunch break
Someone will clock you out at the end of your shift,
but you can't leave.
You have to stay and work overtime.
The compensation, salary, benefits, and other aspects are fundamentally different from what was promised.
In short, it's a very strange company.
It is a company without a conscience
Unreasonable working hours and excessively long workdays.
Regardless of whether overtime is worked, someone routinely clocks employees out for them, and the time cards are collected and kept centrally.
Everything discussed in the interview was a lie; it is simply impossible to take consecutive days off (especially to travel abroad by combining holidays with vacation days).
The supervisors have no consideration for employees. When they assign work at short notice, whatever deadline they give is non-negotiable, regardless of whether you are busy with other work.
New tasks are constantly inserted, while employees are still expected to finish everything scheduled for the day.
Much of the engineering back-office work cannot be completed in a single day, yet unreasonable demands are often made; when they cannot be met, employees are blamed for lacking ability.
The general manager likes to make covert attacks that undermine others, while the vice general manager pursues speed without allowing any room to reduce the workload or schedule.
No advantages whatsoever
A sweatshop of a company
The work is never-ending
They said the salary would be 30,000
But it was completely a lie
We work overtime until very late every day
The earliest we can leave is still 8 p.m.
The boss said there would be no overtime, which was complete bullshit
It’s overtime every single day
They can’t hire enough people, so the employees are all overwhelmed
There’s also no one available to properly train new employees
Then when you don’t know how to do something or make a mistake, you get yelled at
When you ask, all they say is, “You’ll know how to do it once you’ve been here longer.”
What kind of stupid answer is that?
The company makes a lot of money every year
But treats its employees terribly
Every day, someone clocks you in for you as soon as it hits 5:30
Whenever it’s time to leave,
The only people left in the entire building, apart from the residents, are employees of our company
Even when there’s a typhoon day, if you don’t go to work, you still have to request leave
The wind and rain are so severe, yet we still have to go to work instead of getting paid leave
Every time it’s almost time to get off work, more tasks keep coming in
They say, “Finish today’s work today.”
But when cases still come in at 8 p.m.,
Shouldn’t they be done the next day?
Of course not—you have to finish today’s work today
It’s basically a sweatshop
No wonder they can’t hire anyone
