Pros
For Taichung, the salary is pretty good / the company is quite willing to cultivate talent / overtime is rarely needed / when the company makes money, the boss gives out bonuses
Cons
There is no overtime pay, but compared with other companies, there isn't really enough overtime to make it necessary
