Extremely disgusting. They said they really wanted to hire me and were also going through the salary approval process, emphasizing that it was just a normal procedure and that it was fine for me to choose them first and decline other companies. In reality, the offer kept being delayed, and they eventually said they were suddenly no longer hiring for the position. The company’s general manager and manager were simply messing with interviewees, using their time to delay planning for the company’s budget and costs. Absolutely terrible—stay away.

The managers at mancom are extremely thin-skinned and emotional. The female chairperson has unrealistic perfectionism; when performance is poor, she starts frantically making employees work themselves to the bone on reports unrelated to productivity. There is a serious culture of flattery, high turnover, and an excess of redundant and older employees.
Be careful: if you are not good at flattering your manager and are not prepared to work yourself to the bone, your performance-review PDP will be very poor, and you will then enter a cycle of PIPs. Not recommended as a long-term job; it can be useful as a place to polish your résumé.
It’s a well-known brand, so it can be a good place to build up your résumé. However, be aware that the management really needs to be flattered. Other than that, there isn’t much bad to say.
There are a lot of redundant employees, so be prepared to work yourself to the bone. The company also has PDPs, but the performance ratings usually don’t have any clear standards and are highly emotional.
Foreign-owned company with good benefits
The upper management and boss are both highly emotional, and there is often a sense of being humiliated. They are unwilling to delegate authority, resulting in poor work efficiency.
