Because they are store personnel and farther away from headquarters, they are less likely to be affected by strange things.

The salary for a full-time position adds up to 30,000, but the base salary is not high. Annual raises are extremely small; the largest raise has been 100.

The company often hopes employees will work hard as if the company were their own, but there are no rewards at all. Otherwise, they say there will be rewards, but in the end they never give them. They have very little integrity.

There has been no year-end party for several years. They said they would give 1,000, but in the end they did not.

It feels like the company really does not trust its employees. Supplies in the store, such as pens and scrub sponges, have to be left behind as evidence of their remains when they are used up or need to be replaced. Isn’t that too strange?

Because the store is far from headquarters, many policies seem strange. If it were closer to headquarters, it would probably be even more frightening.

The company uniformly orders meals for employees and provides complimentary A-Mo snacks.

During the interview, you first fill out an internal résumé and personality assessment form.

The salary is 21,600, with a 1,200 perfect-attendance bonus and a 1,650 meal allowance, totaling a monthly salary of 24,450. The first day of each month is considered the employment start date; although you may have already started working, your employment record will show the first day of the following month.

There are two stages: before three months, good performance may result in an additional 1,000; after three months, the additional amount is 1,000–2,000. The work schedule provides one day off every other week (six days of work per week).
