I don't think there were any, really.
1. Unable to leave work on time normally
2. No overtime pay for overtime worked on weekdays
3. During the Mid-Autumn Festival peak season, overtime may continue until the early hours of the morning. You may also be required to work overtime on Saturdays and Sundays. Although overtime pay is provided, this violates labor laws and constitutes forced overtime!
4. The salary received differs from the conditions discussed in the initial interview
5. During the Mid-Autumn Festival peak season, orders keep coming in and insufficient staffing at the facility leads to unreasonable cross-departmental support assignments. Support staff are required to work overtime at the facility even on their days off, resulting in excessive working hours (working until the early hours of Sunday morning and still having to get up early for work on Monday), exploiting employees
6. The turnover rate is too high, resulting in employees frequently having to work overtime
Everything stated above is purely factual and all occurred after I joined the company. Finally, if you are considering applying for this job, be mentally prepared to work overtime, accept excessive working hours, and have no holidays off during the busy season, with overtime continuing until the early hours of the morning.
