Pros

I can’t think of any pros.

Cons

The turnover here is very high.

The CFO is the CEO’s mother. Because the family is wealthy, the CEO has never worked for labor or held a job before entering the workforce, and went straight into an executive role on the management side, so they are completely unable to understand the labor perspective.

Everything is decided using ChatGPT, and the hard work and contributions of the employees below are very often dismissed. The CEO also does not proactively communicate their ideas about the company’s operations with the managers below them. Instead, those below have to ask or guess and then submit results, only to receive impatient, angry, and dismissive responses.

The employees below cannot work properly; people-related problems are greater than work-related problems.

The CEO cannot patiently and properly implement systems, and even shifts the responsibility onto those below, blaming them for not establishing the systems properly.

They lack professional project management knowledge but still love to interfere in R&D, and set prices arbitrarily. Even when reminded during the process, employees get scolded; only after the company loses money do they blame those below for not doing their jobs properly.

This really is not a very healthy environment.....

Pros

Only the hardware equipment and office environment are good.

Cons

1. The training is extremely poor, and new hires are expected to learn everything immediately (this won’t be apparent during the interview). It is recommended that only candidates with a doctoral degree or higher apply.

2. You are evaluated within a week, and if you do not meet the expectations of the top executive (you have to be sufficiently sycophantic to last as long as the sales manager), you will definitely be laid off.

3. On the surface, the company is creating its own brand, but in reality it still survives by selling代理 equipment.

4. The company has been established for more than forty years, but it is small, and internal personnel evaluations are arbitrary and lack standards.

5. The above is provided for all job seekers’ consideration—don’t waste your valuable career time!!
