The department head is a woman—the marketing manager—who is extremely emotional and speaks aggressively, constantly pressing people about what they think. Yet she knows absolutely nothing about the responsibilities of this job and doesn’t even understand the situation herself, so how is she supposed to recruit anyone??
Colleagues are easy to get along with
Smooth communication with supervisors
Two days of working from home
The company is located at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, and it takes approximately 5–10 minutes to walk from both the MRT station and the bus stop to the office
Position interviewed for: E-commerce Marketing Planner
The managers are very young and friendly. They patiently explained the job responsibilities throughout the interview, and there was hardly any sense of distance.
They are very familiar with the actual performance of media campaigns, answered every question thoroughly and professionally, and—most importantly—have concrete plans for the company’s future development. This gives people a strong sense of security and makes you look forward to the company’s future.
When testing and cooking with the small kitchen appliances, the aroma of food occasionally drifts over, so I’m always hungry at work.
The female marketing manager who was criticized quite heavily on the forum seems to have already resigned.
The e-commerce department is made up of young colleagues, and the team atmosphere is good, but there is project-related pressure, so those who are afraid of pressure are advised not to join.
My personal impression: fairly average—better than some, but not as good as others.
Overall, there is not much overtime, and everyone usually leaves fairly punctually.
The office is not as new or impressive as those of other startup teams.
There is no private bar counter or kitchen.
1. Communication with department supervisors is smooth, making it possible to communicate project details effectively.
2. There is no rigid hierarchical structure, so communication is generally uncomplicated.
3. Colleagues are all easy to get along with.
4. Supervisors are generous with praise, helping employees build confidence.
5. Questions can be raised immediately, and solutions can be found quickly.
6. Flexible working hours make it convenient to arrange your own schedule.
7. Working from home two days a week allows you to choose your own workplace.
1. Located near the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park shopping district, dining out can be somewhat expensive.
2. It takes approximately 5–10 minutes to walk from the MRT station to the company, so commuters should take this into account.
3. The job offers a very high degree of autonomy, so you need to arrange your own schedule and manage your time independently.
1. Through video interviews, the pressure and cost of commuting are reduced.
2. Both the supervisor and HR were very willing to listen to your self-introduction.
3. The questions asked were very precise, and they were also very willing to let you ask questions and share your thoughts.
4. During the first interview, I was informed that there would be a second interview. Because of some personal circumstances, after I explained them to the supervisor, they immediately helped arrange an interview time for me and provided the interview result very quickly!
Video interviews lack some of the warmth of in-person interviews, and it is also not possible to visit the work environment in advance.
The interview process lasted about 30 minutes and was quite relaxed and pleasant. They mainly asked about my previous experience and briefly introduced the job responsibilities and company culture. The overall atmosphere was very good— it felt a bit like having a conversation~
I received notice of a second interview about a week later. The founder joined the second interview and also offered quite a lot of good career advice!

If you're such a lousy company, stop causing trouble.
Can't recruit anyone, so you're out there deceiving people.
The e-commerce site is full of junk products.
You really do treat consumers like idiots.

It’s rare to see that there are still people who don’t know that they need to switch accounts and IPs when spamming comments to steer public opinion, so I’ll help archive this batch:

Jobment Eye really should do something about these blatantly false reviews.
As for why a company would be driven to the point of hiring an internet troll farm to spam reviews on Jobment Eye, the other comments have probably already provided the answer.
Position interviewed for: E-commerce Marketing Planner
Both interviews were conducted online.
The first interview was with the manager and HR.
The second interview was with the manager, HR, and the founder.
The marketing manager is male. The atmosphere during the interview was quite relaxed. When asking about past work-related experience and explaining the job responsibilities, he was very friendly and willing to listen to the candidate’s questions.
I received notification of the second interview shortly after the first interview, which was very efficient.
None
1. The interview atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, so it didn’t make me feel nervous.
2. The interview had two stages:
The first interview was conducted online and lasted about half an hour.
There was an assignment between the first and second interviews~
The second interview was conducted in person and lasted about half an hour.
3. The founder, manager, and HR representative were all very friendly.
4. Flexible working hours.
It is a fairly young company, and they asked quite a lot about my personal experience during the process~

Having been here for nearly two years, I can say that the company culture is genuinely quite open-minded.
Managers encourage employees to try all kinds of new approaches and ideas, as long as they align with the overall strategic direction.
They also provide the corresponding resources and technical evaluations.
The work atmosphere is good, and working hours are fairly regular.
To be honest, in my eight-year career, having worked at several companies, this place is practically paradise by media industry standards.
I genuinely think it’s quite good...
E-commerce operations internship interview
1. The HR representative was very friendly during the interview.
Additional interview process: After a brief self-introduction, questions were asked based on the résumé.
2. Flexible working hours
3. Good work atmosphere
nice
1. A harmonious work atmosphere with lively interactions among colleagues
2. Every month, regular meetings are held to share the company’s relevant goals and performance results, helping employees understand where to direct their efforts
Before an interview, I always search for reviews—both positive and negative—about the company to decide whether to interview or accept an offer. However, you can only verify them after joining, and at least in my opinion, this is a good company.
The air conditioning at work is sometimes quite cold.
Interview process
1. The HR interviewer in the first round was very friendly, which helped ease some of my nervousness.
2. Flexible working hours.
3. Both interview rounds were completed in a single interview session.
4. To add more details about the interview process:
First round—HR interview: I first introduced myself, followed by questions related to my résumé.
Second round—Manager + Founder: I also started with a self-introduction.
The question you need to prepare for in advance is whether you have any suggestions for the company or any features that could be developed. I recommend that candidates think of a more well-rounded approach beforehand; otherwise, any gaps in your answer may be thoroughly challenged, just as mine were xD
1. At the end of the interview, they said they would notify me by email of the result within a week, regardless of the outcome. However, after waiting for about two weeks, I only learned the result after proactively emailing to ask.
Seems like a very impressive and well-structured interview process. In the first round, HR had a casual conversation to get to know me and asked quite detailed questions. The second round was an interview with two people—the marketing manager and the founder—and they screened candidates very seriously.
1. During the second self-introduction, the founder typed on his laptop after listening to me (probably taking notes). The female marketing manager asked which work I particularly liked and described it, but she also seemed very impatient and dismissive.
2. When I asked about the job responsibilities, they did not seem very willing to explain them clearly. They only gave a more complete explanation after I asked several follow-up questions.
3. My previous work experience was not very good. The founder asked how I would choose a company in the future. I answered that I would attend interviews, ask friends about the companies, discuss and compare them for reference, and listen to different perspectives. The female marketing manager replied, “At your age, you still don’t know how to make your own choices?” Wow, what an arrogant interview. The so-called founder sitting next to her did not react at all.
Paid on time
Weekends off
Perfect
The company is in a good location
There is a kitchen available for use
1. The people at the top are always justifying themselves, and the direction of development is unclear
2. They do not know how to value people, do not respect employees, and resort to underhanded tactics
3. They force annual leave to be used on compensatory days off, then tell everyone they don’t have to come to work?!
The relationships among colleagues are good, although the supervisors don’t seem to like that very much.
The company has a high turnover rate. It says it wants to expand the team, but it just keeps replacing people.
