1. Through video interviews, the pressure and cost of commuting are reduced.
2. Both the supervisor and HR were very willing to listen to your self-introduction.
3. The questions asked were very precise, and they were also very willing to let you ask questions and share your thoughts.
4. During the first interview, I was informed that there would be a second interview. Because of some personal circumstances, after I explained them to the supervisor, they immediately helped arrange an interview time for me and provided the interview result very quickly!
Video interviews lack some of the warmth of in-person interviews, and it is also not possible to visit the work environment in advance.
