Interview process

1. The HR interviewer in the first round was very friendly, which helped ease some of my nervousness.

2. Flexible working hours.

3. Both interview rounds were completed in a single interview session.

First round—HR interview: I first introduced myself, followed by questions related to my résumé.

Second round—Manager + Founder: I also started with a self-introduction.

The question you need to prepare for in advance is whether you have any suggestions for the company or any features that could be developed. I recommend that candidates think of a more well-rounded approach beforehand; otherwise, any gaps in your answer may be thoroughly challenged, just as mine were xD

1. At the end of the interview, they said they would notify me by email of the result within a week, regardless of the outcome. However, after waiting for about two weeks, I only learned the result after proactively emailing to ask.
