Pros

None

Cons

Participated in market events organized by the company. The marketing approach basically consisted of soliciting customers on-site and exchanging gifts.

The person in charge on-site had a sarcastic and unpleasant attitude and lacked professionalism.

The company's cash flow seems to be very problematic. Salary payments were delayed, and to receive my salary on time, I had to first ask the boss for an "advance," then "transfer it back" to the boss after the salary was deposited. In all my years working in events, this was the first time I had encountered such an odd arrangement. This is an extremely outrageous company.

Pros

Employees work hard and endure hardship, working overtime without pay.

Under a responsibility-based work system, staying after hours gives you the opportunity to continue learning, while coming to work in the morning will remind you that you're late~

Cons

I hope the company can understand that employees' labor is valuable, rather than teasing colleagues by saying, "You just don't want to work after hours~"

Not working after hours is normal. Having to work after hours is exploitation.

Oh~ Of course, you'll say this is a responsibility-based job. Then why is arriving a little later in the morning considered being late, while unpaid overtime at night is met with silence?

If it's a responsibility-based system, then don't control what time employees arrive at work.

Don't call it a responsibility-based system when it doesn't benefit you, and call people late when it does benefit you. It's really quite...

I won't say more—the employee turnover says it all, especially considering how many senior managers have already left.

The boss doesn't know how to run the business.

Suitable for fresh graduates to gain experience, but not suitable for staying long-term.

Please think carefully before joining.

Pros

Annual salary increases (that was in the past).

Cons

The CEO doesn’t understand how to run the company.

There’s no internal organization or structure.

Not to mention that the organizational chart alone can be changed at least two or three times a year.

They also laid off a bunch of senior employees just before the Lunar New Year.

It’s awful.

Employee benefits are becoming increasingly stingy.

A company that is very good at saving money.

Cons

I don't know how many times my partner's and my after-work hours have been affected by your company.

Pros

Employees with great value for money

Cons

Could you please not wait until after work to contact my partner to discuss work matters?

Could you please not ask employees to retrieve data at midnight and pay them for it?

Otherwise, please don't disturb the time I spend with my partner in the evening.

Pros

Without commenting on whether it’s good or bad, my partner rarely leaves work on time, and has to work with the company to monitor data after work and on holidays. Guess whether there’s overtime pay for this?

No. And to top it off, the salary isn’t even that high.

Cons

Could your company please let people rest properly after work? Or at least pay the overtime that should be paid.

Pros

The office is spacious, and you can choose where to work (I especially like sitting by the window).

Cons

Whether you fit in depends on the boss’s vibe~ It all comes down to whether you’re on the same wavelength. If you are today, everything’s fine; if you aren’t tomorrow, they’ll pick on you.

They seem quite willing to pay overtime, calculating it directly at 1.5 times the regular rate. But the more overtime you work, the more you lose out—it's always only 1.5 times. I previously heard that the team on one project worked for more than 20 consecutive days; their working hours over three weeks were close to 250, but it was still calculated at 1.5 times.

Pros

The office is quite nice.

Cons

There were three interviewers in total, and they all brought laptops with them. It didn’t feel like they were taking notes for the interview; rather, they seemed to be doing other work.

For the most part, only the founder was speaking. One of the interviewers seemed to be focused on working on their own computer throughout the entire interview.

It felt like the interviewers wanted to end the interview quickly so they could get back to work, and that they didn’t really respect the interviewee.

Also, the interview invitation arrived extremely late after I submitted the written test—nearly a month later. The response time made me wonder whether they were simply too busy or didn’t consider it important. It was quite baffling.
