The company's cash flow seems to be very problematic. Salary payments were delayed, and to receive my salary on time, I had to first ask the boss for an "advance," then "transfer it back" to the boss after the salary was deposited. In all my years working in events, this was the first time I had encountered such an odd arrangement. This is an extremely outrageous company.
