The chairperson not only has absolutely no management ability... but is also unwilling to delegate authority. Whenever something happens, they call the younger brother’s girlfriend out to help, but it is completely a case of an outsider directing an expert. They deliberately make things difficult for anyone who does not flatter her. The company’s profitability relies entirely on its existing business segments from the past, while nearly all of the chairperson’s other investment decisions are losing money. This is completely unlike what would be expected at this level, and the company’s overall development is limited...

Pros

1. There aren’t layers upon layers of managers, which is great!!! But there are hidden ones, so in any case, be careful with what you say and do, and don’t offend anyone connected to anyone.

2. A completely open-plan office with a great view!!! There are no partitions, no separate rooms, and no privacy—yes, everything can be seen. But you can tell a lot from how comfortable each position is: newcomers and people unfamiliar with the seating arrangement get the worst spots, basically in the walkway. I don’t know whether that’s still the case.

3. You get to hear about many industries the company wants to enter, which feels very energetic and innovative!!! But how much actually gets done and whether anything can be developed—you’ll only know after joining.

4. You can usually leave and arrive on time almost every day, but it’s neither deeply fulfilling nor a reason for you not to work seriously or get things done. If you want to stay short term, it’s quite suitable, but don’t expect to coast here for the long term. To put it bluntly, it’s disposable chopsticks.

Cons

It’s really too good—I can’t think of anything.

《An introduction to the company’s main members》:

a. Chairman

b. The chairman’s younger brother (You can tell from his name alone that he is related to the chairman when he joins the company. All I can say is that marketing is definitely not his specialty.)

c. The chairman’s younger brother’s girlfriend (It was easy to discover, though she thought she was being discreet; marketing expertise?!... Her PowerPoints are probably very pretty, but as for their feasibility... ahem.)

d. The executive assistant group (At first there was one administrative secretary + one executive assistant who often accompanied the chairman on business trips and wrote proposals. Later, many young women were gradually added—one, two, three...)

e. A gentleman in the Business Planning Department (He really likes to say that he has work experience abroad and at a Taiwanese nutritional supplement company. He often shows colleagues proposals from the former company’s outsourced logistics partner or uses them as templates. It is genuinely difficult to see any constructive proposals from him, and he often has strange, illogical reasoning.)

f. Head of the Urban-Rural Development Department (A white-haired gentleman, in a very subtle department. The boss often asks him to handle matters unrelated to urban-rural development, so when people inexplicably need to discuss something with him, he often looks down his nose at them.)

g. A data-entry lady with considerable seniority (She looks harmless and greets people with a smile, but remember: don’t casually look for someone here to confide in~)

h. An older woman with many years of seniority who seems to be part of the executive assistant group (She was formerly a vice president in the travel industry and was also recruited by the chairman, but I’m not really sure what her job entails—browsing blogs? Reading books?)

i. A PhD whom the chairman brought in, claiming she was highly capable (The boss entrusted her with many major projects. Yet when writing the annual plan, there were no budget figures—only empty fantasies and illogical content. Her understanding of market marketing is genuinely weak, though she is apparently very good at whispering into the chairman’s ear.)

========================

1. The chairman has many ideas and wants to follow every trend, but only wants to do so after the opportunity has passed (e.g., direct selling; proprietary cleaning and health-care brands; mobile payments in Southeast Asia and Taiwan; mobile commerce for Southeast Asian migrant workers; medical tourism; regenerative technology, etc.). In reality, he also doesn’t know how to do any of them.

2. The chairman invests in many industries and projects, yet does not want internal employees to discuss what projects the various departments are working on. At the same time, he scolds you for not understanding what resources the company has or what the company does.

3. The chairman loves to manage directly. Supervisors often seem like decorations, which would be fine, but he also does not clearly tell employees what proposals they should write or what work they are responsible for. It feels as though you are expected to find work to do yourself; if you don’t do well, he complains, “How old are you? Do you still need someone to assign you work before you know what to do?” (Speechless.)

4. The chairman lacks a staff team capable of communicating and getting things done. Despite having so many projects, there are no senior professionals from the relevant industries. Instead, the chairman seems to trust his younger brother’s girlfriend very much. I don’t know why—she has never taken responsibility for a project from beginning to end; everything is left unfinished. Moreover, bringing people in actually feels like an attempt to clean up her messes.

5. Although many companies nowadays like to hire people first and then assign them suitable roles according to their expertise, you really need to communicate with employees in good faith~ Don’t just leave them there—how are employees supposed to know what they can do? Even with something as simple as ad placement, you say it can be done, but in the end you’re unwilling to spend even a little budget. You even make employees plan and buy small-ml bottles and portion the promotional gifts themselves. Please~ bacteria~ How can people get to know your brand when you’re so stingy?

One day you pour your heart out to someone, while behind your back they treat you heartlessly—and you don’t even know it.

☹ Is it really so difficult to focus on and seriously develop one thing? (Investing in countless things)

Although it may appear to be a well-known publicly listed company,

it is actually a retirement home because the chairman is indecisive, wants to develop too many projects, and is not a specialist in any of them.

Basically, it can already be called a retirement home.

Every employee spends work hours browsing around on their personal computer, with hardly any business to handle.

Everyone leaves work on time, with no overtime,

and there is no work pressure either. It is basically a free internet café (and you can even get paid for it).

It is suitable for those who want to take the opportunity to develop a side hustle or personal business.

By: A wage thief who was so bored during work hours that they decided to share this XD

Cons

None. You can make money while having nothing to do—it is basically a cushy job.

The only drawback is probably that the company’s location is a bit remote and far away, QQ.

Pros

Severe power struggles in the sales department

The sales supervisor travels all day to show the boss that they want to get rid of the sales manager

The sales manager picks on the sales supervisor’s staff whenever they have nothing else to do

Male sales employees have an excessive workload—the company basically treats one salesperson as if they were two, and there is no one to cover for them

Women have it easy

As a result, the sales department has an extremely high turnover rate

A terrible company; men, stay away. Women who are confident in their own beauty are recommended to apply.
