Severe power struggles in the sales department
The sales supervisor travels all day to show the boss that they want to get rid of the sales manager
The sales manager picks on the sales supervisor’s staff whenever they have nothing else to do
Male sales employees have an excessive workload—the company basically treats one salesperson as if they were two, and there is no one to cover for them
Women have it easy
