1. The salary is just over 30,000, with mandatory overtime every month (overtime hours equal total working hours minus administrative staff hours).
2. Some supervisors like to curry favor with senior management at the plant, and of course they also like being courted.
3. Frontline employees who do not curry favor with their supervisors will have one person selected each year to be bullied until they resign.
4. Reporting issues up the chain is useless. Senior management can accept supervisors doing nothing, but they cannot accept complaints from frontline employees.
I'll tell you once I think of something.
You even have to bring your own work gloves. I don't know what's wrong with this company's finances...........

Maintenance personnel are responsible for removing trash from water gates, painting, cleaning the surrounding environment, and the salary is low.
As long as the plant is still operating, you can stay until retirement—a company that takes care of you in your old age.
1. The salary offered to young employees will not exceed 30,000. There are basically no salary increases. Even if they ask you to obtain certifications and register them under the company, your salary will not increase (unless the certification is particularly valuable).
2. Each plant operates independently. Some supervisors are only responsible for flattering upper management and dump all the work on subordinates until they drop. Choose the plant carefully during the interview process.
3. Overtime pay may be blocked by upper management and not submitted for reimbursement. Unused annual leave is neither converted into cash nor compensated in any way—it is simply taken away.
If you don't mind shift work, it's a stable job (with almost no overtime), with a monthly salary of around 30,000.
Overtime work; the supervisor surnamed Hsu makes things difficult in every way and does not allow overtime to be reported.
Very gossipy; thinks that Shizitou is the most hardworking, while all the other sites are slacking off (this is not actually the case).
One story during the interview, and an entirely different story in practice.
Two-faced, poor working environment—think twice before interviewing.
