Here, I would like to share my work experience at Oulung Company. I worked at this company for many years. The work environment was good, allowing me to fully apply and demonstrate my abilities. I also learned a great deal from the work, especially about communicating with overseas clients. It was truly very beneficial and offered excellent value for the effort.

As long as you do your best, complete your work, and meet your targets, there are plenty of year-end bonuses. In addition, this company's salaries are assessed based on factors such as work ability, dedication, and achievement of work targets. The company welcomes confident people who can work independently and have good integrity to join the team. This company does not welcome or accept employees who are careless about their work, lack dedication, have no ability, do not reflect on themselves, fail to improve their knowledge and common sense, and are always complaining about others.

The downside is that leave must be requested in advance and cannot be requested on the same day. Sick leave requires a prescription or medication receipt as proof.

This company’s environment is cluttered and the office is small. In the first stage, I was taken to the meeting room on the right to be interviewed personally by the owner’s wife, who introduced the company. I was then taken outside to a computer desk to complete a Chinese-English translation test, while the owner sat behind me watching me type. After the test, the owner interviewed me and went into detail about his life story. He also said that I looked different in person from my photo on 104, as if he were choosing a wife for his son. Later, he criticized my English as not being good enough, and I was not hired.

The workload covers everything under the sun, and of course, you also get picked on from all sides.

I once waited at the post office for nearly an hour to send a company letter, yet I was constantly suspected of fooling around outside. They would even call the post office to ask whether I was there. The boss’s wife even thought she was very familiar with the postal counter staff and required you to call ahead before going, ask how many people were waiting, and call at least once every 10 minutes; otherwise, lining up without calling first was considered a waste of time. In short, you were told to go around causing trouble for other people.

If she doesn’t like them, she will tell you to close them immediately, saying, “We don’t need this kind of information.”

3. If you “take leave” around the sixth of the month (including bereavement or sick leave), the boss’s wife will think that you simply want to go out and have fun—and are having a great time.

4. If you want to resign, the boss “may” invite you alone to his personal car to persuade you to stay.

5. If the boss goes out (including to exercise) and forgets to bring something, he will ask you to deliver it. There is no company vehicle or fuel allowance.

6. The boss’s wife likes to send you on business trips just before the lunch break, when “the weather is perfect and the sun is blazing.” The trip may take more than 40 minutes round-trip, and she will then expect you to return to the company and start work on time in the afternoon.

I sincerely advise anyone who is serious about working not to waste their time here.

Employees have been required to tie up their hair at work because the boss’s wife felt it looked messy and was hot, making it impossible for employees to concentrate.
