Employees have been required to tie up their hair at work because the boss’s wife felt it looked messy and was hot, making it impossible for employees to concentrate. Stationery had to be placed on the right to be considered tidy. Similar demands that she felt would make her comfortable could be imposed at any time.
The boss once required an English contract with an agent to be drafted, but provided no details about the negotiations; asking for clarification would even result in humiliation.
Whenever the boss’s wife was in the office, everyone had to listen to her complain about family disputes ALL DAY.
Even during lunch breaks, no employee dared to rest in the office because they would be called in for a lecture.
