Pros
The boss and the boss’s wife don’t come into the company first thing in the morning (but that doesn’t mean all the positions are cushy jobs).
Cons
The boss’s wife really likes to cause trouble for no reason—she basically seems to want to force new hires out… (speculation involving a conspiracy theory).
