Read the community guidelinesBecause there are no breaks, the working hours are shorter than at most companies. You can eat while working, and colleagues order delivery together. You leave work on time.
The supervisor has high expectations of new employees, so you have to go home and study. In addition to spending time every day watching political commentary programs, you also have to memorize some of the knowledge they think you should know, such as the names of department heads.
I think I improved quickly during the initial employee training, but the requirements kept getting higher afterward. When the supervisor does the same thing alongside you, they make you feel that your work is not good enough, but when they do not come down and do it themselves, they think your work is actually pretty good. It is somewhat disorienting and makes it difficult to figure out what standard to meet. They may even tell you that you are wrong in a sarcastic tone. Their memory is also poor; they reconstruct your words like a reporter, taking what you said about A and attaching it to B to tell you that you are wrong. It just so happened that I had premenstrual syndrome, so I was especially annoyed.
The work is really very boring, and you get no sense of accomplishment at all. However, if you like monotonous work that requires multitasking, you could consider it.
Also, you cannot take leave, so women who experience physical discomfort related to menstruation may want to consider the fact that menstrual leave is not available. I happened to be in poor health, so I also found the inability to take leave difficult to accept.

The work environment needs improvement
Previously, work assignments were reasonable
Now, people the supervisor likes get less work
while those the supervisor arbitrarily dislikes are left to work themselves to death

Low salary, long working hours, and a lifeless company atmosphere
The environment is quiet, so you can work seriously, and labor laws are followed.
The boss and the family who run the business put a lot of care into it, and all the benefits that should be provided are available.
However, during certain periods when the boss and upper management cannot manage or see what is happening,
department managers are treated as if they are the absolute authority.
When there is a staff shortage, some managers simply slack off instead of finding substitutes and take leave every day. You only find out on the day whether they will come to work, and the work is directly dumped on other people.
Other colleagues engage in behind-the-scenes infighting, exclusion, and defamation, creating a poor work environment with a heavy workload and strained relationships between colleagues. Newcomers cannot survive unless they are obedient and good at flattering people.
After a certain kind-hearted senior female colleague who took care of others was driven out, the atmosphere has continued to deteriorate and gotten worse and worse.
Because of the staff shortage, each person has to shoulder the workload of two people and cannot finish it in time. The manager arbitrarily assumes that this means you are slacking off, so you work overtime, but they do not pay overtime wages.
How are managers chosen? By upper management? Not at all.
Those who have a good relationship with the department manager are the ones who get recommended.
It is best to smoke together often; then you will have a very comfortable time here.
Good luck, newcomers.
The work is straightforward
In a family business, you can only survive by currying favor
Some managers are very nice and genuinely care about their colleagues. They also take their work very seriously.
Some employees have a very strong “senior–junior” hierarchy mindset. They love throwing their weight around and ordering people about; both their faces and the things they say stink like shit. They don’t explain things clearly when teaching you, then harshly mock you when you make a mistake.
I’ve heard that the atmosphere in some departments is very good. However, one department has a group of very scheming “ladies,” so please be extra careful.
