Read the community guidelinesThe advantages are just okay.
There are very few benefits, and the benefits are nothing like those at a foreign company; they are actually worse than those at Taiwanese companies.
Internal promotion feels very difficult, and Taiwanese employees are not given room to develop.
1. Colleagues get along well
2. Some managers are very dedicated to leading the team and often show concern for members’ work and personal lives
3. Some colleagues are very knowledgeable, and you can learn a lot from them
1. The management system is chaotic and is almost entirely directed by the Hong Kong side, leaving the Taiwan management team sidelined
2. Some employees are favored; when problems arise, other people are asked to help deal with them
3. Internal information is not transparent. When issues arise with policies or their implementation, the answer is often that this is how it was decided on the Hong Kong side
4. The boss is very forceful and frequently makes adjustments, but because information is not transparent, it is impossible to know why or propose effective improvements; you can only keep your head down and work hard

The Taiwan office was just established, and many of its systems and benefits are very unclear. The interviewer was somewhat arrogant and placed excessive emphasis on design patterns, yet during the interview did not seem particularly knowledgeable (I don't know what they were being so conceited about). The company's future goals also seemed rather unclear. Its main product is a procurement system for retailers. The interviewer introduced the company as if reciting from memory, without paying much attention to the applicant's reactions; they spoke very quickly, almost as if reading aloud, which was not very professional. I suggest that your interviewers set aside their arrogant attitude, learn to show respect, and act more professionally. That way, if good talent joins the company in the future, they may actually be able to retain them. Overall rating: Poor
