At first, I saw the rating here and decided to apply to this company. After asking about my expected salary, they immediately called me for a verbal test. As if that weren't enough, they said in a disdainful tone that my expected salary did not match my experience. They then offered a very low salary and asked whether I would be willing to schedule an interview.
To be honest, I thought that was for the best and that there was no need to waste each other's time. If the conversation on the phone was so unpleasant, who would be foolish enough to join that company?

Later, when I looked here again, I found that all the positive comments had been posted on the same day in April—so many of them. They must have been sarcastic, right?
If you want to look, you should check reviews from several years ago; those are the most genuine! Please, everyone, do not apply to this company.
The boss is a very understanding person. I often carelessly enter orders incorrectly and make mistakes, and I am always forgetful, leaving tasks only half done or not doing them well. When I haven’t done something properly, I don’t dare report it. When answering questions, I also often fail to confirm the facts first, only realizing afterward that I said something wrong and then changing my answer. Even so, the boss still makes every effort to find ways—either personally or by asking someone else—to guide me step by step in completing my work, and works hard to help me correct my shortcomings.
I am someone who procrastinates and, after making mistakes, always finds excuses to avoid responsibility and shift the blame. Although the boss is often extremely frustrated with me, she still works very hard to find ways to help and guide me, and to correct my tendency to shirk responsibility and my habit of speaking without thinking. Although my colleagues are often burdened by me, they also put considerable effort into helping me complete the work I have overlooked.
Song En is a very good company. I feel lucky to be able to work here and to have met such a good boss who is willing to help me correct the less positive aspects of my personality.

I joined the company last year. The company itself is in the technology industry, so confidentiality within the industry is perfectly normal. As with other technology companies, personal mobile phones cannot be brought into the office.
The boss’s wife has a rather impatient and serious temperament. Although at work she may sometimes make people feel that she is fierce, most of the time she still jokes and chats with the employees. There can be some pressure when working alongside her, but as long as you calm down and do your work properly, you can learn a lot from her, including work methods, time management, and some principles and attitudes regarding how to treat and interact with others.

Interviewed for an Electronic Circuit Engineering Assistant position. The interview took a very long time; it could actually have been completed within 30 minutes, but I had to wait 2 hours before it ended. The actual job duties involve copying images and keying in orders. The work is simple, with a probationary salary of 27,000.
Average salary
Early in the morning, we heard a senior manager calling everyone in to berate them. She began using the year-end bonus to pressure employees, even saying that the year-end bonus was not necessarily something they had to give us, and that our regular work and labor were already covered by our monthly salaries. If we failed to submit the reports for the year-end bonus, we should be prepared to receive no score and no year-end bonus. After that, all we saw was her busy scolding employees, with every employee looking grim. If you have any relevant work experience, she will immediately arrange a job for you (there are many administrative openings).

I worked here about 10 years ago.
Actually, if you view this job as a transitional period, it was fairly good.
You could work evenings and earn a bit of extra money.
But if you want to do this job long term, I wouldn't recommend it.
The salary is really low, and the raises are also very small.
I remember someone had worked there for maybe three or five years, and was only earning 30,000.
If you have the ability, I sincerely recommend that you don't come here.
I remember that people who had worked there for a long time
seemed unable to find much work outside.
They could only work lots of overtime there to earn overtime pay.
They were there for almost 12–16 hours a day,
and the company would even reward people who worked especially large amounts of overtime.

During the interview, the agreed compensation was written down in black and white, and it was acceptable to both sides. Yet the salary paid the following month was reduced.
Under the Labor Standards Act, a deduction of a little over 1,000 under the new system may be considered normal, but they deducted much, much more.
It is very strange that they are willing to pay overtime, yet deducting from the base salary is incomprehensible.
The boss's wife holds morning meetings at irregular intervals. The meetings consist of scolding people from beginning to end.
The work area is fitted with a whole lot of surveillance cameras, as if employees were being guarded against like thieves.
The place for eating and resting is pitifully small. During breaks, employees are not allowed to return to the work area to rest.
Phones cannot be brought into the work area. I guess they are afraid of being recorded while scolding people.
They dare to scold employees but are afraid of being exposed by them.
The employee turnover rate is very high, and they are often short-staffed.
A truly happy company would not constantly be short-staffed.
If you are interested, go in and experience it for yourself—you will understand.
They claim to have faith in God, yet lead their employees in a way that completely betrays God.
Only drawbacks
The boss says they would never break the law, yet forces employees to write resignation letters claiming they are leaving voluntarily. They even threaten that if you do not write one, they will curse you out and make sure you can never find another job! Constantly changing policies on a whim is the norm, and when they are in a bad mood, they take it out on employees! They love painting grand promises that employees can see but never enjoy! If you question them at all, they immediately blacklist you! They will find excuses to cut your pay, and love dangling raises and year-end bonuses to whet employees’ appetites, but in the end, you get nothing...! Any credit belongs to the boss, while any mistakes are the employees’ fault! “We must all endure these difficult times together” has been their excuse for not giving raises for years! They are very skilled at sophistry and stubbornly twisting arguments, and often boast that they belonged to the debate club as a student! Employee benefits and company trips get worse every year! Enter at your own risk.
Seeing such a renowned reputation here,
and also several comments from people who describe themselves as workplace failures, saying how good the boss is and how terrible they themselves are.
It seems this company is very benevolent. They should hire more workplace newcomers.
In the messages on 104, she asked me many questions. After I answered them one by one,
I also asked about the company and the job duties in the messages.
She then called me to ask about my job skills, but did not answer the questions I had asked her on 104.
I could tell that she was very impatient; she seems like the kind of person who only cares about the result and not the process.
Later, she asked when I could interview. I needed to wait a week, so she immediately said it was unnecessary.
A few days later, she messaged me on 104 again to arrange the original interview time.
Several days had already passed, and I had filled the original time slot. Yet she still wanted to schedule the interview for that original time.
Although I had never worked in import and export before, I learned how to prepare export documents, submit bills of lading online, and handle other export-related tasks here.
After not having worked in accounting for a long time, I also relearned how to manage inventory, purchases, and sales, as well as how to reconcile and audit accounts.
However, because I am often careless, I frequently enter orders incorrectly and make mistakes. I also do not always clarify things I do not understand, which often causes work to be redone and wastes the company’s resources and time. I am truly sorry to the company.

Constantly complains about employees who have resigned and has absolutely no trust in job applicants; only wants to find someone to fill the vacancy. The salary is only the minimum wage, and only the probationary period is guaranteed.
