Pros

Initially, the work environment was good

Cons

From February to June 2025, during the new supervisor’s tenure, I experienced situations in which the supervisor displayed significant emotional fluctuations and an emotionally driven management style. For example, there were instances of banging on the desk, shouting loudly, and using expressions such as “Damn!”, “Idiot,” and “I might as well go die” (although these remarks were not all directed at me personally, they created a highly stressful workplace atmosphere). Communication was also often difficult, with a lack of support and constructive responses. Ultimately, I was dismissed on the grounds of being “unsuitable for the position,” but the relevant process lacked objective standards and transparent procedures. I was not the only person who found the supervisor’s management style unacceptable and chose to leave during this period. Overall, this work experience left me under prolonged stress and anxiety. Prospective applicants are advised to learn more about the unit’s internal culture from multiple sources before making a decision.

Pros

The work team is very young, and the managers are open-minded and willing to embrace innovative ideas.

The atmosphere is cheerful, and everyone voluntarily helps one another, so it doesn’t feel like you’re being worked to death.

Cons

Employee benefits are merely in line with the Labor Standards Act and are not better than what it requires. Therefore, there are no typhoon days off (no pay if you don’t work), and menstrual leave is limited to three days per year (meaning you can only be in pain three times).

Pros

None

Cons

They asked a bunch of questions but basically couldn't offer the salary you wanted. It's the classic idea that if you pay in bananas, you can only hire monkeys. They offered 30,000 to someone with a master's degree and over three years of work experience, so those considering going should choose carefully.
