Initially, the work environment was good
From February to June 2025, during the new supervisor’s tenure, I experienced situations in which the supervisor displayed significant emotional fluctuations and an emotionally driven management style. For example, there were instances of banging on the desk, shouting loudly, and using expressions such as “Damn!”, “Idiot,” and “I might as well go die” (although these remarks were not all directed at me personally, they created a highly stressful workplace atmosphere). Communication was also often difficult, with a lack of support and constructive responses. Ultimately, I was dismissed on the grounds of being “unsuitable for the position,” but the relevant process lacked objective standards and transparent procedures. I was not the only person who found the supervisor’s management style unacceptable and chose to leave during this period. Overall, this work experience left me under prolonged stress and anxiety.
