Read the community guidelines-Employees are subject to almost no requirements
-If you happen to get a good store manager, it can feel like heaven (clocking in for you, taking longer lunches)
-You can wear whatever accessories you like

*The boss doesn’t deal with the water in their head, only indulges in narcissism, and only wants to hear pleasant flattery.
*Why not manage the company properly? Why not properly implement systems and procedures? Deducting wages and fining employees both violate the Labor Standards Act. It’s not that we don’t report it; it’s just a waste of our time.
*After working for a year, there was clearly no year-end bonus, yet they still said it was because the company’s performance was poor and nobody received one. They think the employees at each store are both deaf and blind. We know as soon as we ask around.
*It’s no wonder the company can’t recruit anyone. Once everyone spreads the word, the company’s true nature is exposed. Even attractive packaging (which it doesn’t have anyway) is useless. What a joke.
Flexible 30-minute arrival and departure times (headquarters)
Some people in the company are very nice and get along well with one another

The boss is constantly changing their mind, but everyone has to follow the boss’s direction (often resulting in wasted work)
Some people create a very unpleasant work atmosphere and attack those they dislike; there are sometimes instances of exclusion (treating disliked people as if they were invisible and directly speaking ill of them)
Many people lack ability but are good at saying what sounds nice
Some people like to seize power, but leave others to handle all the troublesome tasks
Difficult to get a raise
Problems must be handled immediately (including during leave and annual leave); otherwise, you may receive a demerit and be fined
The company has little in the way of systems, and even those that exist feel like mere window dressing
On the day of the interview, you will start working as an intern right away (paid)
Employee discount
The birthday gift is a $1,000 voucher
The products do not follow trends and have their own unique style
There is a monthly store gathering
Training consists of returning to the head office for lessons taught personally by the owner
One-minute grace period for being late
No year-end bonus
They say days off are scheduled based on the monthly number of days marked in red, but in practice, only eight days off are scheduled
Having eight days off per month can make for a comfortable schedule, but a store manager may also arrange it in a completely chaotic way
Communication is possible, but it depends on whether that particular store manager is willing to communicate with you (entirely a matter of luck)
During the interview, they mainly look at your sales ability. Only after starting work do you gradually realize how many ways there are for them to deduct money from your pay
On your first day, they give you an employee handbook to read and then ask you to sign it
If you can stand at the store counter, read the entire handbook carefully, and then sign it, that would be ideal
But probably no one can actually do that :)
As for the documents you have to submit after starting work, that also depends on luck
If you happen to encounter someone who explains everything clearly, there is no problem
If you encounter someone who explains things unclearly, get ready to spend extra money
