-Employees are subject to almost no requirements
-If you happen to get a good store manager, it can feel like heaven (clocking in for you, taking longer lunches)
-You can wear whatever accessories you like

*The boss doesn’t deal with the water in their head, only indulges in narcissism, and only wants to hear pleasant flattery.
*Why not manage the company properly? Why not properly implement systems and procedures? Deducting wages and fining employees both violate the Labor Standards Act. It’s not that we don’t report it; it’s just a waste of our time.
*After working for a year, there was clearly no year-end bonus, yet they still said it was because the company’s performance was poor and nobody received one. They think the employees at each store are both deaf and blind. We know as soon as we ask around.
*It’s no wonder the company can’t recruit anyone. Once everyone spreads the word, the company’s true nature is exposed. Even attractive packaging (which it doesn’t have anyway) is useless. What a joke.
