Whether it’s Huanyu or the partner Dream Workshop, they both owe employees wages. I worked at Dream Workshop, and they also failed to pay labor and health insurance contributions, luring idealistic university students with extremely low wages, then saying, “That’s how we got through it back then, too.”
I recently heard that they’re moving to Taishan, and may split up or change their name. New graduates, please be careful.
In the second half of the year, they plan to make games like those found in online mahjong entertainment casinos.

The boss is very selfish, extremely stubborn, and will also burn bridges. When my SEO work brought in 50 organic inquiries per day and achieved an average global ranking of around 10th place, they told me to leave; otherwise, they would cut my salary in half. They said the reason was that the business was not making money, but that was the business’s fault, not mine. It was very obvious that once I had improved the SEO and brought in more business, they felt they no longer needed me and kicked me out. They showed absolutely no regard for human relationships or basic decency.
To avoid anyone thinking I am lying, I am posting the data from my work:
This shows the global ranking I achieved; it later rose to 12th place:

This is proof that the conversion rate exceeded 50:

All the employees are nice people, and there are many foreigners, which is a good opportunity to develop an international perspective.
The biggest problem with the entire company is the boss.
The boss has a very bad temper and gets angry over the slightest discrepancy.
By “slightest,” I mean things like the width of an Excel cell.
He also frequently interrupts people, saying things like, “I know what you’re going to say, so there’s no need to say it.”
He is also very rude on phone calls from other companies: he tells employees to answer the phone, say that everything is fine, and immediately hang up, without even using a polite expression.
He is extremely self-righteous and believes he is smarter than the entire company plus the neighboring company—that is something he has said himself.
He refuses to listen to professional advice and believes that whatever he does is correct.
Whenever something goes wrong, he says that someone else failed to handle it properly.
He is extremely impatient and expects employees to complete in one day tasks that would normally take a week.
He is exceptionally petty and fixated on taking advantage of others. Salaries throughout the company are below the statutory minimum wage, and there is no labor or health insurance (I have evidence).
He also requires employees to work overtime every day, including Saturdays and Sundays.
As for whether he honestly pays overtime, you will only find out after resigning.
However, if he does not pay according to the Labor Standards Act, I intend to report him directly to the labor inspection authorities and file a lawsuit.
He often forgets the bad things he himself has done in the past, then berates employees again.
Basically, the “banging your head against a wall” approach is useless with this boss. He cannot be considered a good boss.

After receiving the notification, I checked the reviews online and initially didn't really want to go, but since it had already been arranged, I went anyway.
The result was just as bad as the online reviews had said.
I didn't really feel respected, and the overall experience felt strange.

It’s just weird overall
I can't think of any. Ah, the reception staff were fairly polite.
The company claims to be international, ....but the salary they offered was extremely low—at least 10,000 less than what I asked for. Other companies were willing to offer me 10,000–20,000 more, yet this boss still told me that I would reach my expected salary by working overtime. Does that basically mean regular overtime?
Please, do you think every interview candidate is a fresh graduate...

The special recruitment method is inappropriate. And they're still recruiting for a senior executive position.
They can't even answer the most basic questions smoothly.
And the recruiter is also looking for a job. What is going on!

Low salary; places that don't respect professionalism; they only make empty promises
