The boss is very selfish, extremely stubborn, and will also burn bridges. When my SEO work brought in 50 organic inquiries per day and achieved an average global ranking of around 10th place, they told me to leave; otherwise, they would cut my salary in half. They said the reason was that the business was not making money, but that was the business’s fault, not mine.
