Pros

The HR lady who notified me about the interview was nice, very attentive and considerate.

Cons

1. Before the interview, you are required to complete a personality test and disclose the test results. To put it bluntly, it is a submissiveness test; if you are not submissive enough, do not come.

2. All kinds of PUA tactics. Never mind the lack of respect for candidates’ professional expertise and academic backgrounds—the company does SEO itself yet has not even studied Google’s changing policies, and it cannot accept being challenged.

3. They seriously go around in circles. The interviewer asked the same question three times. After I answered it the first time, the interviewer even said, “That’s correct,” but then asked it twice more and tried to belittle and mock the interviewee.

Summary: If you are not submissive enough and have ideas of your own, run away quickly.

Pros

1. All of my colleagues are very nice!!!

2. Afternoon tea occasionally

3. There is a snack cabinet, refrigerator, microwave, dish dryer, and bidet toilet

4. Flexible start and end times

Cons

1. After the former supervisor left, the owner's wife, who had no SEO experience, took over as supervisor. When the former supervisor was still there, at least there was some room for the people doing the actual work to discuss things with the owner through an intermediary. After the owner's wife took over, she basically just followed the instructions of the people above her.

2. One SEO specialist may have more than 20–30 clients. With a serious staff shortage, the workload is very heavy.

3. The people above feel that employees are replaceable and that they can simply hire someone else.

4. The department has a high turnover rate.

5. Although there is a year-end performance review system, it does not apply to everyone and is not transparent.
