You can use connections to work at headquarters, so if you don’t want to work at a branch, you just need to contact someone you know at headquarters and arrange a transfer.

If the company has an employee suspected of having a mental illness, it will not fire her or, like other companies, pressure her to resign. At most, it will transfer her to a branch.

If the manager is weak and has no connections at headquarters, headquarters is very likely to transfer troublesome people or people suspected of having a mental illness to that branch.

After encountering a female supervisor who seemed to go crazy every few seconds, I was able to make an excuse that I wanted to go home to take care of my child and resign. One of my colleagues, meanwhile, got a job at headquarters through unofficial channels.
