The salary and benefits aren’t bad; from the perspective of a recent graduate, they’re quite decent.
If you can endure the following drawbacks, it’s genuinely worth considering.
Seniority >>>>>>> Ability
If you lack ability, just work hard and wait~ sooner or later, your salary will go up.
Job rotations depend entirely on the manager’s mood.
The handover process is so brief that it’s unacceptable; when problems arise, you have to figure them out yourself.
When dealing with difficult customers, the manager simply pretends to be busy and talks on the phone.
If you can’t sell funds or insurance, you have to buy them yourself; otherwise, be prepared to give reports at meetings and receive an extremely poor performance review.
Those who are capable are not advised to apply, because seniority is always what matters... Even if there are KPIs, they’re useless.
The manager has the final say on everything.
