Read the community guidelinesLarge companies offer more benefits than small companies, and employee profit-sharing is only possible when the company makes money.
Recently, the organization has been downsized and employees have been offered voluntary retirement; the next step will probably be further personnel reductions.
The company is currently run by the second generation, whose capabilities are quite different.
It has been a long time since it received orders from Apple, and EPS has fallen by two-thirds compared with the year before last.
The whole company is clean, just like Lite-On.
The cleanroom suit is too small. I reported it three times, but nothing was resolved. Every time I squat down slightly, it gets stuck around my Adam’s apple. It feels like someone is choking you.
That week, a client came, so the supervisor told us to hide. In addition, there were only three people in that department, meaning newcomers who had only been there for three weeks, so there was basically nothing to learn. When I applied to transfer to another department, they laid me off. No wonder it’s a company that specializes in getting rid of people.
They complain all day about not being able to recruit people, but the internal system is so terrible that no one wants to work there.
At first, the HR interview asked about my previous experience, why I left my former company, and so on. They also explained that the company's working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
They also mentioned the company's benefits, including bonuses for the three major festivals and the company's profit-sharing bonuses in May and August. The second round was an interview with the IT manager.
First, I was asked to introduce my IT-related experience, followed by questions about firewall configurations and information security, as well as whether information security measures had been implemented in my previous company's network architecture.
They simply explained that the company's network architecture uses Fortinet 200E, followed by Palo Alto and core switches. Systems such as the approval system and Oracle SAP, as well as the telephone switchboard and surveillance cameras, are maintained by vendors. Servers and other systems are also maintained. Afterward, they said they would discuss it with HR, but I never heard back. It left me feeling very dissatisfied.

First interview stage
They test your English first; it isn’t difficult, roughly at a junior-high/senior-high level.
Next comes the HR interview.
Second stage
The manager interview covers the same topics as at most companies:
Self-introduction
What problems you encountered during your studies or work experience
For the rest, they mostly want to probe whether you can handle the workload and whether you’ll be submissive.
No notification for two weeks after the interview.
