Workplace reviews and discussion: 瑞儀光電股份有限公司

The whole company is clean, just like Lite-On.

The cleanroom suit is too small. I reported it three times, but nothing was resolved. Every time I squat down slightly, it gets stuck around my Adam’s apple. It feels like someone is choking you.

That week, a client came, so the supervisor told us to hide. In addition, there were only three people in that department, meaning newcomers who had only been there for three weeks, so there was basically nothing to learn. When I applied to transfer to another department, they laid me off. No wonder it’s a company that specializes in getting rid of people.

They complain all day about not being able to recruit people, but the internal system is so terrible that no one wants to work there.
