Read the community guidelinesThe salary is quite generous, there’s a free coffee machine, and the drinks and food from the vending machines are also inexpensive. The Christmas party at the end of the year is fantastic!
Since it is part of the 東O子 Group, there are many parachuted-in personnel. In addition, this industry is also shrinking. Although new products are being developed, it feels like there is less future potential, and budgets are also being cut.
Terrible
Terrible
Terrible. Invited me for an interview, called to say I had arrived, but they still didn’t answer the phone.
Absolutely terrible. They’re just randomly looking for people, R&D staff who think they’re very capable.
The work atmosphere is generally good, and the compensation is also不错 (annual salary starts at 16 months); the company benefits are also very good.
A certain foreign-hired RD colleague is a real liability. The boss really wants to develop new products, but often ends up busying himself to no avail.
Just go there to chat~
The location is very far from the MRT station. Open positions and interview candidates to dig up some information that you can use to bluff your superiors about new directions~
Purely to deceive people and obtain market information
Be careful during interviews. If you find that someone invites you to an interview, but the position is not posted on 104, they may be trying to obtain market information and know-how. You could be questioned for a long time, only to get nothing in return. This HR person even staged the whole thing together with the business manager. It's rather unpleasant…
Be careful not to have your know-how taken
Colleagues are easy to get along with, and the working hours are reasonable.
A place that does not value technology; management only looks at the business side and not the engineering side, then criticizes R&D staff for their lack of performance.
It is also a place where being good at talking is more important than being good at doing.
The salary structure is strange: temporary contract sales staff are paid more than senior employees.
There’s hardly any competitiveness; if you have connections, nothing else matters (the emperor’s relatives and in-laws). You can learn everything in six months.
All the capable people have left. What’s left is mostly people coasting toward retirement. Upper management only cares about cutting costs, not how well you do your work.
