Pros
The salary is quite generous, there’s a free coffee machine, and the drinks and food from the vending machines are also inexpensive. The Christmas party at the end of the year is fantastic!
Cons
Since it is part of the 東O子 Group, there are many parachuted-in personnel. In addition, this industry is also shrinking. Although new products are being developed, it feels like there is less future potential, and budgets are also being cut.
