Pros
The work atmosphere is generally good, and the compensation is also不错 (annual salary starts at 16 months); the company benefits are also very good.
Cons
A certain foreign-hired RD colleague is a real liability. The boss really wants to develop new products, but often ends up busying himself to no avail.
