Read the community guidelinesThe interview wasn’t difficult.
After my second interview, I had already made it clear that I wouldn’t accept the offer, yet they still called my former company for a reference check? That’s incredibly rude.
The colleagues are nice.
The company’s biggest source of internal friction is the chairman. I don’t know whether he has no friends or family, but he is constantly issuing orders around the company, apparently thinking this will enhance his authority. He pretends to understand things he does not, does not respect professional expertise, and acts as though he is the most knowledgeable person. It is well known that he frequently changes his orders; when a directive he issued turns out to be wrong, he immediately looks for a scapegoat to take the blame. When employees start to feel that something is wrong and no longer agree with him, he invents baseless accusations to pin on them and unlawfully dismisses them, avoiding the severance payments he should make. As a result, employees keep coming and going. Whenever someone does not meet his expectations, he starts reshuffling and firing people, making it impossible to work properly. When something goes wrong, he quickly hides. How can someone so lacking in accountability become chairman? It is pitiful to be left with nothing but money. At such an advanced age, he still does not understand even basic human relationships and social etiquette, making enemies everywhere. He is also very afraid of people saying bad things about him. The employees who manage to stay are simply mindless flatterers. I strongly advise against coming here!
During the interview, the manager provided a detailed explanation of the job responsibilities, as well as comprehensive information about the company culture and benefits.
The interview took quite a long time, particularly because completing the forms took a while. It is recommended that the interview time be shortened.

Because it is an old office building, the facilities and decor are relatively outdated. If the company were willing to renovate, the atmosphere at work would be even better.

There is still room for improvement in terms of hardware. This would greatly improve employees' work quality as well!
Most of the frontline employees are good people! I feel sorry for them that they have been able to stay this long.
The chairman himself is the root of all evil. Under no circumstances should you believe everything the chairman says during an interview—he has multiple personalities! What is good today may not be good tomorrow. They talk about “flat management,” but in reality, it is just an old man with nothing to do who wants to manage you personally and expects everything that comes to mind to be done. Although we are clearly frontline employees, we are required to write OGSMs every week; although we are frontline employees, we are also expected to work overtime under a responsibility-based system. The managers are a few of his trusted followers, all of whom are incapable of doing their jobs—their only strength is flattering him. In short, your achievements are the chairman’s achievements, while your mistakes mean that you are stupid, incapable, and unprofessional (even though all the decisions were made at the chairman’s direction)!
I’m genuinely curious how this company, which claims to be in the semiconductor industry, has managed to survive until now.
This company is Xiantao Brand, a family business. Just search for reviews of Xiantao Brand to see how terrifying it is!
Job seekers, please think twice—and then think twice again. Don’t waste your time going to an interview only to be harmed. The interview process was somewhat long. After I finished filling out the information and reading the company introduction, I had to wait an extremely long time before finally meeting the hiring manager.
Most outrageously, after the interview, they did not notify me at all. The boss took it upon himself to call a company I had left long ago (and it was neither the contact person nor the phone number I provided when filling out the interview information; upon investigation, this violated the Personal Data Protection Act). He directly made many calls to my former company looking for my former supervisor. My former supervisor was never at their desk, so he even asked other department staff to relay the message, causing the entire company to find out.
This was extremely disrespectful of people’s privacy and the wishes of job seekers!
