Read the community guidelinesThe company benefits are comprehensive, and the work environment is relaxed. If you know how to plan your work independently, you can learn a great deal. It is a good platform for development.
The food is too good, so it’s easy to gain weight.
The interviewer was fairly friendly.
This company's distinctive interview practice is:
After the interview, they call you to say they want to hire you and that they need to discuss the details of the offer with HR.
Then there's complete silence.
When you call to ask, they keep telling you to wait for the result.
At one point, you directly ask whether they intend to hire you.
They say yes and tell you to wait.
Okay, fine—I delayed an offer I had already received.
I waited for you.
In the end, all I received was a rejection letter.
Thank you, company, for wasting my time,
and for also causing the offer that was my second choice
in my heart to flow eastward with the river~
A suggestion to all interviewees:
If you have other opportunities or offers, make sure they are secure first
before interviewing with this company,
because their distinctive way of doing things is to drag things out, drag things out, and drag things out~
The food is pretty good
Many of us are part-time workers
The pay is pitifully low to begin with
But the workload for full-time employees is excessive
We also have to work on holidays, so we can only keep cutting corners to get the work done
I suggest that younger students who want to join in the future should not apply for part-time positions
Good benefits
Political infighting. In procurement and IT, procurement takes the pricing from cases you have prepared and directly asks other vendors—people in their own circle—for quotes, while claiming the performance credit for themselves. And… all I can say is that it is a cushy position; I don’t know how much they take. IT doesn’t want to do anything, but once a case is done, they intervene.
The benefits are currently good, but it’s unclear what the future holds.
Non-professionals lead professionals; manufacturing only defends its position and does not create the future.
If TEL withdraws the relevant industries, Hanmin Manufacturing will have no future.
Hanmin’s customer service currently still has a future, but it is quite challenging.
The company has a comprehensive employee benefits system
and respects its employees,
as well as offering various bonuses.
1. The department is ERD, the Equipment R&D Department. In seven years, it has not produced any actual equipment or output.
Every year at the year-end banquet, it sits at the very back.
2. Senior engineers come in and only get a project to work on after half a year.
It doesn't matter whether they have experience or not.
Who would want to stay in a department where all the projects have been dead for seven years?
3. Most importantly, there is also an electrical controls engineer who is the worst of the worst.
Steals programs, frames various colleagues and supervisors, writes reports to snitch on people, and really dislikes people with advanced degrees.
Wiretaps phone calls involving various managers and colleagues.
It's bad enough that all the projects in the ERD department are dead; now there is also this kind of garbage colleague, an electrical controls engineer.
What's more, this kind of garbage is still in ERD and is even a major favorite.
Frames colleagues into resigning, and continues framing them even after they leave.
Because the managers whose ERD projects are all dead love this kind of garbage the most!!!!!!!
No wonder those who make contributions never get recognized and are instead framed everywhere.
Please, absolutely do not interview for ERD. A highly victimized person here is giving you this advice.
Absolutely, definitely do not come to ERD!!!!!
Also, people from other departments, don't even think about transferring to ERD!!!
The boss is great, the company culture is great, and there is plenty of meatball soup.
Regarding employee R from a certain R&D unit, as far as the entire company is concerned, people are either useful or useless to him.
For people he considers useful, he tries to identify their preferences, dislikes, and personal information (through eavesdropping and other means).
He approaches them by pretending to befriend them, obtaining what he needs from them.
Once he has finished using them, he does everything he can to defame, sow discord, and get rid of them.
He starts with people in lower positions, and eventually moves on to supervisors and other managers.
Once he has finished exploiting and eliminating everyone in the company, draining them of everything he can.
He enters his next company with a clean reputation, along with the benefits and salary obtained from others.

As far as he is concerned, everyone in the company is either useful or has no value to exploit.
He manipulates the entire company through eavesdropping and sowing discord.
The boss is very nice, the company benefits are very good, and there is lots of meatball soup.
An employee R from a certain R&D unit specializes in coming up with bad schemes for managers to implement, causing the manager and others to turn against each other and damaging both sides’ reputations.
Then he enters the next company with a clean reputation and the salary package offered by his previous manager.
His first words after joining Hannstar were: “The previous manager was not worth following.”
He had long held a grudge against the entire department. He bore deep resentment for no reason, even toward the manager.
In addition, he carried out eavesdropping on senior managers such as A-Chi and Gao Bo, and installed spyware on the mobile phones of other people’s family members.
He could also use communication software to eavesdrop on and monitor everyone in the company, using other people’s information to make money for himself.
1. Bonuses: 2 months’ year-end bonus, plus NT$20,000 in cash; quarterly bonuses are awarded depending on circumstances
2. Free employee meals; I hear there are lots of meatballs
None at present
The pay is not high, but the atmosphere in the work environment is good.
The company benefits and allowances are great, the salary is good too, and there’s a high degree of freedom and autonomy!
A company that gives employees autonomy and freedom, which is also very beneficial for employees.
